Through the booking and callback forms on this site we collect: first and last name, phone number, email address, service address and postal code, the service type you pick, and the description of the problem. We also record the page you submitted from so dispatch knows what you were reading.

Solely to contact you about the garage door job, dispatch a technician, quote the work, invoice it, and honour the warranty on labour and parts. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details to third parties.

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and record page views, referral source, approximate location and whether a form was submitted. They do not receive your name, phone number or address. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker without losing access to any page.

Form submissions are stored in our hosted database and emailed to info@247garagedoorintrust.com. Access is limited to the dispatcher and the technician assigned to your job.

Job records are kept for the length of the warranty period and for the tax retention period required in Ontario. Enquiries that never became a job are removed on request.
