Terms of Service

The service call is $29. It covers travel and on-site diagnosis. You get a written quote before any tools come off the rack — no work starts until you approve the number. If you decline the quote, you pay the service call only.

Warranty on labour and parts applies to every completed job. It covers the parts we supplied and the work we performed. It does not cover impact damage, vehicle strikes, forced entry, water or fire damage, or a failure caused by another contractor working on the same door after us.

Cancel or reschedule any time before the technician arrives at no charge — call (647) 244-7421. If the technician arrives at the address and nobody is on site to grant access, the $29 service call still applies.

If a repair we performed fails inside the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge. Where a return visit cannot resolve the fault, we refund the labour portion of that repair. Special-order doors and custom panels are non-refundable once fabrication starts.

Payment is due on completion. We take Visa, Mastercard, debit and e-Transfer. Commercial accounts can be invoiced on request.
