Full installs include removal and disposal of the old door, new tracks and hardware (not reusing rusted 20-year-old tracks), torsion spring sized to the new door weight, weatherstripping all four sides, and re-programming your existing opener if it's healthy. R-value 0 to R-18 depending on whether your garage is heated.
Heated garages need insulated panels (R-12 to R-18) or you're paying to warm the driveway. We size the door, recommend the right insulation tier for your usage, and finish with full perimeter weatherstripping plus a thermal-break threshold seal at the bottom.
Custom carriage-house and aluminum-and-glass doors quoted in-home so we can match trim, paint and existing house lines. Lead times typically 4–8 weeks for non-stock colors and glass options.
